Yes, we ship all around the world.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates may vary depending on your region. Depending on your country's policies, you may be liable to pay import taxes and/or duties when the shipment arrives in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a store credit within 30 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which would have been emailed to you at the time of purchase. Items marked as 'final sale' at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind at this time. We are pleased to offer a store credit at the full value of your returned item.
Exclusions
Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
Faulty Items & Issues with Order
If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our team immediately. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will offer a refund or replacement for any faulty items.
Additional Notes
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item is returned to us and appears to be worn or damaged, the return will not be accepted.
Changes to the Returns Policy
RÖEM reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
